Too me the 2nd gen gx is trash. It handles poorly and isnt as tourqey as the first. I drove the 2nd gen about 6 times on long back rodes when I was transporting to another dealership and I couldnt keep up with the 1st gen gx in front of me. I like the space inside and out but the drive is terrible. I love the gx470.

Im keeping my 08! I love it way too much and the new one is not enough for me to make the switch--I only owe 20K have 15K miles and I cant see paying 60K for a new one. Has plenty of power to pull my 2 ATV's with no issues

Mine's running smooth so far... smoother then my 06 GX...
But, I didn't have KDSS on my old car so may be that's why??

Just notice trunks space is alot narrower... I can't put two golf bags side by side... one need to be angled a little...

And, trunk cover(?)'s nice addition but I have to pull it out to order to have 3rd row up... that kinda sucks...

Just noticed I have parking sensor! kk
But does sensor light need to stay on when I turn it on?? Looks like warning sign...

Overall, cargo space is down almost 17% (78 cubic feet in the 470, 65 in the 460), but I didn't realize it was also narrower. I thought the height was the only culprit (raised floor + lower overall height).
