... where you USED to store your sunglasses!

That was a nice feature in our 2006 RX 400h and we were disappointed to lose it in our 2010 GX 460. Rather than a convenient place to store a specific and common item, we get another "rear view mirror" ... to watch the rear seats! Isn't that something more suited for a minivan filled with children? ;-)

Seriously, as there are seldom more than two occupants, the "conversation mirror" has little utility, but it may be useful for the driver to establish eye contact with the passenger rather than to turn away from the road ... or not!

You can STILL store your sunglasses there.

You just need to pull down to completely open the compartment.
