I took delivery of mine Feb. 24th 2010. Mine was built after your vehicle. I'm sure you would qualify for the TSB. You should call your dealer with the TSB # and ask them to install it on your vehicle...
Wow... 4400 miles and warped rotors. Sounds like defective rotors. (Warranty item) I wouldn't want my rotors turned. Due to them being thinner they should warp faster than before.

Yeah, I know, I didn't know they turned them until I picked up my vehicle. I live
120 miles from my dealer and didn't have time to fool around with it. I'm going to
see if I have another problem and deal with it later. They might have over tightened my lugs when they installed my wheels. They were saying I might have gone through a puddle of water when the brakes were hot. I don't brake hard and have never driven through a puddle...
That's what I'm going to do. I have a call into the shop foreman who worked on my vehicle. If they don't want to, I know a couple of people at Lexus Corp. and will call them next. They didn't tell me they turned the rotors until I picked up my vehicle. If I would have known, I would have left my vehicle there, drove the loaner home unitl they were replaced. I live 120 miles each direction from the dealer.
Just spoke with the shop foreman who worked on my vehicle. I've known him since 1994. Next time I'm going to be in St. Louis, he's going to replace my rotors. I just have to give him a few days notice to get the rotors in...
