Brake Controller
Can anyone help me out identifying which connector under the dash is for use with a trailer brake controller? I am not asking for help on how to mount a controller, I am asking for help identifying which of the connectors under the dash is for plugging in a controller.
Based on the post from Koz about his controller I know there is one up there, just need help from someone who has connected theirs on identifying the correct connector. Am going in to Lexus dealer tomorrow to ask them to show me, but based on the experience I had with my Landcruiser I am not optimistic on getting it figured out. On my Landcruiser I contact Toyota directly and asked them the location and their technical departments response was that there was no factory connector; with some help with someone on an internet forum like this, I was told where it was and Toyota was proven wrong. So if anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it. Thanks

The connector is located under the dash (driver's side) behind the side kick panel.
Should look like this (but female).
The other pic is a standard wiring configuration for a 7 pin connector on the hitch.

Just an update......... Had to drag two Lexus technicians out of service before one of them found the brake control connector. Thanks to Koz for his advice on this matter. Now to go test it and make sure everything works.
