Default Am I getting "hosed" on a new 2012 GX?

Ok,
My wife is jealous of my 2011 ISF I've been driving for the last year and so she finally convinced me that she needs a new GX to replace the '04 GX470 she's been driving for the last 105K miles..... (we'll be keeping it for me to drive when it's snowy or to pull by bass boat when she needs to still cart the kids around....)
Anyway went to the local dealer today, and "shook hands" on a new 2012 that just got off the boat in Seattle. We should be getting it in about 2 weeks.... it was the only one available anywhere in the Claret Mica/Black interior color combo Premium that she/I wanted. It also has tow hitch ($459), exhaust tip ($85) and ML/Nav ($3930), Intuitive Parking assist ($500) and the "Prefered accessory package" ($250) bringing the vehicle to $63,264 MSRP. We also wanted the RES, but no GX with the above requirements was available with it at this time (and we don't want to wait for 3-4 months to order one), so they are adding the "dealer after market" DVD headrest players for ($3000), and I also wanted the cargo bars for my canoe ($500) bringing the total to $66,747 (minus destination charges)
The dealer took off $3,000, so the total to 63,749 (+dest charges). I "shook" on this agreement before I researched on here and saw that others are getting up to $6,000 off MSRP on Base GX's.....
1. Am I getting screwed?
2. should I "back out" of the deal?
3. should I just try to get the $3k rear seat headrest DVD players off the deal and get a "better setup" installed somewhere else for less?
PLEASE HELP ASAP!!! THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Mine has nearly the exact same specs but I have the factory RES. While I was able to get $6k off ($500 over invoice), I had a connection at the dealer I bought it from that was above the GM. The best I could get on my own was $1,500 over invoice which was a little over $61k and it was a high volume dealer. Personally I would get the exact one you want and have the dealer find it and trade another dealer for it.

Read my recent post having same issue right now and I'm torn between waiting or having dealer installed unit. There is a lot of negative out there on dealer installed units. But honestly I wouldn't pay more than 1500 over invoice for any new car. For a car with all of those options with factory DVD I agreed on 61500 even though the car doesnt exist at the moment.

back in my school days i used to work at a high end after market car stereo shop and i still go there to meet my old buddies from time to time..this setup will cost the dealer 1200$ max to install(some high end shop will install it for them), if that...rest is going in their pockets...i would strong advise against it. wait a little order the car you want..or if you really need to get it you can ask them to take 3k off and have it installed yourself.

I agree, I would not pay more then $1500 over invoice. I paid invoice (with $1000 incentive) on a special order (waited 3.5 months).

I second that, I was looking for a GX without the rear dvd but that was the only type we found.
I wanted to get 2 iPads, my 2 yr old rather use the iPad than watch the DVD screen. I rather buy apps than DVDs
