I have the Costco nitrogen green caps. No one seems interested.

Would be nice if my Plastic "Lexus" Cap on the Receiver Hitch would not keep disappearing. Too bad Lexus does not make the insert longer so I can drill a hole to insert a locking pin.

Mine disappeared one day too. I was upset because i thought someone stole it..but maybe it fell off.
Have you thought about getting one of these: https://www.etrailer.com/p-338AF102....hhmodel=GX+460 and then look for a Lexus sticker?
Or maybe this and not plug in the light, unless you like it(looks more compact):https://www.ebay.com/i/254384833986?...RoCVWwQAvD_BwE

+1

The first one on my 2005 4Runner lasted forever. Seems like once you do any towing they tend to fall out easier. Have been pondering how to make it stay in better without making it a PITA to remove when needed.

Default Agree

Mine was loose too and occasionally start coming out. I added some adhesive backed thick rubbery/plastic material I had laying around to mine to add more friction and staying in well over past 12 mos.

Happened to me. During one of the "free" initial oil changes/tire rotations they said that they couldn't check the air pressure on one of my tires because it had a non factory cap on it. One of mine went missing I had replaced it with a high end chrome cap with an o-ring. I was incredulous and told them to take a wrench and remove it...Well, the dissimilar metals corroded together and the only thing that twisted off was the actual valve!
