You probably would need to take the lower dash off to remove that ECU

Will your OBD plug show up in the next few days?

It should coming today. I'm seeing a lot of different apps. Any specific one you recommend?

New scanner came in, it's the Body ECU as y'all said it was. Thank you.

Question: The model on the unit in the car is 89221-60180, but I'm only finding part number 89221-60480 for sale. Are the two interchangeable? I've never had a part number come up with nothing on a google search.

Here is a used one on eBay

https://www.ebay.com/p/13043038383

Seeing a reference that is for a 2019

https://www.ebay.com/p/4050831263

Unfortunately, might need to go with a new one if used one doesn’t show up

The one I have in my car now is the 180, that's why I was curious if the two were interchangeable.

Thank you for the eBay link. I had been searching with the dash and that one didn't come up.

The picture on that eBay link shows 480 so you may want to confirm with vendor first.

https://www.ebay.com/p/13043038383 - shows the 180, I emailed the 480 one and they responded back with "We don't know" so that was super helpful

BUT I just noticed that the
link says part numnber 89220-6A150

I don't know what to order now!

sigh

If not finding any definitive used “180” units you may be forced to purchase a new one. I would reach out to the eBay vendor to see if it is really a “180” or as the graphic shows a “480”. The latter of which you don’t want.

This is the new PN for 10-13 models

89220-6A150

You could also put out a used parts search here:

Really don't know what to make of this. Either all of them will work or ... dunno. Never had a part be so difficult to track down.

Since 150 is currently listed as known working by Lexus parts I’d look for that one first. The others are probably revisions that are compatible but I can’t say for sure either. I haven’t had to look up BCM info before as failures have not been reported to my recollection.

Check with parts dept / service at a Lexus dealership? They service these vehicles and should have an access to the answers to your questions.

I have a leak in the exact same area. Were you able to definitely determine the cause of the leak?
