I'd love to see 275.65.18 on the GX. I know that 265.65.18 fits fine.

Well earlier in this thread a guy installed 275/65/18 and claimed there was no rub, but I wanted to be sure. I know that with my Tundra, backspacing had a LOT to do with rub. I wasn't sure if the F-Sport wheel has the right backspacing to NOT rub. I am going to be attempting to mount these sometime in the next few days. Just gotta get my set of brand new Michelin Latitude Tour HPs sold. 265/60/18

Little searching goes a long way.

No for me, only 23k miles but that is what I have in mind when time comes to change tires.

I've installed Cooper Discovery A/Ts 265/70/18 (32.6") and they fit great. They do rub just a little bit. I'm stock height but I've taken all of the mud flaps and wind flaps from the front and I don't have running boards installed. The points that rub at are the body mount and just a little on the fender lining in the front bumper.

That's what my truck's got. Wouldn't call them an AT tire, but they are VERY quiet and handle well. Not sure how they do off road yet, but probably won't take mine off road much until it's lifted and running a true AT in the near future.

Yep, put them on in late June. Love them, quiet and smooth. Plus NTB was having a crazy discount/promotional.

I just bought a '14 GX yesterday, had new tires put on today (Nitto Ridge Grapplers 275/65 18) and they rub some. They look great, but they rub. Too much for me. I'm going to downsize a half inch to the 265/65 Terra Grappler if they accept the return/refund.

I rolled the fenders on my old Porsche 944 when I had rubbing due to wider tires...
You probably don't want to go that route....

Yeah I put the Michelin Defenders on my truck and they're vibrating and they are very bad tires

NOT good news but oh well, it's her DD and she won't want me to mod it, will settle for 265/65/18 instead.

I'm debating between 265/65/18 and OEM size too. People said they don't rub but I don't see many are running this size.

The current ones have a little less than 50% left and I probably go AT tires instead of all-season. The deal I was watching the last couple of days for Falken Wildpeak AT3, not At3W already passed so I'll wait for the next one. Could have gotten 4 for around $430 with no tax and free shipping. I'll wait for the AT3W.

Throw up some pics before you swap out those Ridge Grapplers! That's what I was planning to get on my truck.

265/65/18 shouldn't rub at all. It's only an inch bigger than stock. MOST of the folks running 275/65/18 don't even rub much, which is an inch and a half bigger.
