Hello all, I have searched this topic but have not found an answer to my specific problem. I have the "Maintenance Required" message on the center display constantly. I changed my own oil last week and followed the reset procedure. I can see the loading bar with the caption Maintenance data being reset, but when it finishes, the maintenance required is still displayed in the center display. Any idea what else this could mean? Thank you for your help.

Thanks bbqsoup , oil maintenance required light came on after 3000 miles , but I had the maintenance alert set for 5000 miles. Even after turning all maintenance reminders off the light still persisted. I still cant figure out why at 3000 miles the light came on .

Are you talking about the alert that shows up on the infotainment system? That one is customizable. The one is gauge cluster is locked in at 5K mile intervals.
