2014 GX460 Price Paid
#316
I'm currently being quoted $5k off sticker for a 2017 GX460 Premium in Southern California. I haven't bought a car in a decade and can't really tell what is and isn't a good deal anymore. Anyone with experience or a recent car purchase share what they paid for the GX? Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I ended up getting one this past weekend. I originally had a deal with a dealership on a $59,103 MSRP GX for 53,800 + TTL. I got to the dealership and they ended up not having the vehicle somehow so I had to find another one at a dealership nearby and try to get a similar deal. The best I ended up doing was finding one that had a MSRP of $59,560 and could only get them as low as $54,360 +TTL. All in all I think based on the research I could find it was a decent deal but probably could of done better had I reached out to more dealerships.

To keep the thread moving, I got a 2017 Premium with bench seat for 5k off. Dealer was offer 5800 off others on the lot with captain chairs but only had one bench seat on the lot so that cost me a bit. Most dealers in my area feigned shock and outrage at my ask of 10 Percent off.

Brand new 2016 GX 460 Premium with MSRP of between $58 - 59k... Purchased from Park Place in Plano, Texas for about about $53 - $54k + 6.25% sales tax and doc fees, etc.
Best part of all, we opted for .9% financing... I rarely see .9% on GX and when I did, I knew it was a good time to search and pull the trigger.
The GX is for my wife. We traded in her '13 SR5 base trim 4Runner which was wrecked, had bald tires, and hail damage - 60k miles... We did fairly good on the trade in number, so all in all, we are grateful. Wife happy, life happy. =D

Looking at a "true" 2014 GX460 Luxury with 39K miles - asking price at Dealer is $39,999. Clean history and it has all the options that come with Luxury including ML and AVS.
I am going to negotiate it down by whatever I can, but I doubt they will move. ::fingers crossed:::
