Vibration/Shake Issues

Brake travel is reduced and more bite. My 2006 GX brakes were like a car but the 2019 had much more travel. The new one is back to feeling like my 2006....except of course, the slight vibration.
Thank you on the suggestion of greasing the zerks....I have passed this along to the shop. I will check what tires once I get it back.
Anything else to check?

Update: I picked up the truck yesterday after 12 days at the dealership. I am happy to report that the vibration that I felt between 40 - 70 mph speed is gone and it felt like I was driving a “normal’ GX back from the dealership. I believe they road force balanced the tires, twice, did 4 wheel alignment and fixed something in the steering rack related to pre-load. However, based on the report, there was still some “flutter” (this is what they called the vibration) at around 60 mph so called the services of the regional Lexus tech specialist to check my truck. He advised them to do a second alignment with a bit more toe-in. That appeared to have fixed it! The service manager, as I had elevated the case, test drove with me to make sure that it was to my satisfaction. He told me that this is the first time they had to do something like that and made a note if some other GXs come back complaining of vibration/flutter. I am a happy Lexus customer, once again!
some were wondering what tires came with the truck? Dunlop.
cheers🍺

That is interesting they may have replaced a pre-load spring in the steering rack. There was a TSB back in spring of 2012 that addressed this. This TSB occurred after the build date of my GX (02/2012) but have never experience it myself.

Slight vibration under light load
On hwy I give gas going up a very slight incline and I can feel a vibration that isn't constant but cycles ever couple seconds or so from normal to vibration. I have 97,000 miles. Thanks in advance,

2021 GX460 feel shake at 65m/hr speed
Hi Everyone, I got my 21GX and run for ~1000 miles. I found the truck 'shake' (my leg feels the vibration when lean on the door panel) at 65 miles/hour. I went to the dealership and they balanced the four tires and also I went test drive with a technician in another 21GX to compare with. Same fell, vibrate at that speed. Their explanation is the truck is high and that vibration is from the resonance of wind, engine, and truck structure. Does anyone have the same feel driving the truck? Appreciate your thoughts.

Hi Allcruise, did you solved the problem? I have a new 21GX, exactly same steering wheel shake issue. The dealer balanced the tires and I test drive another 21GX with a technician. Same thing happen to that test drive truck also.

Welcome aboard. I don't recall anything like this in my '21, but then again 65mph or 105km/h isn't a speed I commonly drive at. I will test it out soon. At what speed does the vibration dissipate?
Perhaps adjusting tire pressures could also help. I find it hard to believe Lexus would something like this slip. Not to trash Subaru, but this would be a Subaru thing (as I experienced).

I have the same issue in 21 GX 460 with the 19 inch wheels. After 1,000 miles, the vibration is less. I told them to perform a 'road force balance' and they would not. I can, but should not tolerate any VIBRATION at all. I am thinking about getting another vehicle anyway.
