I surely annoyed a lot of people yesterday, but there is no vibration at speeds between 55-80mph on my '21 with 18" standard wheels. The 19" tire is a Dunlop, is it not? I wouldn't rule out a tire issue given their reputation.

When doing a road force balance the tech can observe defects in the tire that would not normally be seen, if present. This has been my experience.
I have a 21 gx and do not have such an issue. I have about 1200 miles on it. The only issue I had is the alignment. Car pulling to the left. No vibrations at that speed. Maybe they didn't balance it correctly?
Hi guys, thanks for all of your input. I went to another dealer and they did the balance again and this time it works. The truck now runs smoothly at all speed range and they adjusted tire pressure to 35psi cold and spare 37psi.
I just purchased my GX project and I am in the process of giving her the much required TLC so I will keep posting threads of my repairs, upgrades and pics as I go.
First things first, immediately after buying my GX I started experiencing shaking in the steering only within the speeds of 60-70 mph. I immediately got her balanced specifically on a Road Force Balancer Elite and this slightly improved by like 30% so I was not satisfied. The tires are like new with barely any wear on the tread of Michelin Tires. After a month of daily driving my GX I noticed the brakes were getting a small shake during braking (this after one month of ownership and having 60-70 mph shake since I bought it). So I decided to replace all four brake rotors, pads and front pins all OEM.
However, I fixed the 60-70 mph issue by replacing all four brake pins, pads and rotors.
The task was not easy as the Brake Pins were rusted into the Front Calipers so I had to cut top and bottom Brake Pins on both left and right front Calipers to be able to remove the Pads and Rotors. Once the rotors and pads were removed I used Brake Cleaner to spray down the Calipers really good and then later I sanded them down to prepare for Black Caliper Paint.
After giving the Calipers to coats of the black caliper paint I installed new OEM rotors, pads and pins.
Now she drives great with the 60-70 Mph shake completely gone and the luxurious braking of a brand new GX !

thats funny - I encountered the same thing this weekend! my GX has had a weird slight vibration at about 60-70 mph. I replaced the brakes and the pad pins were so corroded and rusted. I used a punch and hammer on the pins as they would not slide out and ended up mushrooming them so much they were completely stuck! I had to use a angle grinder and cutoff disc to cut them in the middle and push out the pieces from inside out. Anyway it drives like a dream now thankfully. Mine is a 2017 with 50k miles so a little concerning about the amount of corrosion on the brakes! Glad you had a positive result as well! Cheers!
My pad pins were in such bad shape with rust and corrosion, I figure the pads couldn't move as freely as they should have, which could generate heat and cause warpage of the rotor, which may cause a vibration. For my case, this occurred at the front left corner which is the same location as my problem rotor with warping!
You also have to watch these tire shops. Too many of them just zip the lug nuts down and hammer on them, then check afterwards that they are torqued to minimum, meanwhile they have exceeded torque specs, stretched the lug studs, ground away some wheel material, and warped everything.
Just dremeled the pins off yesterday, 3 out of 4 pins were completely seized, 3lb hammer just mushroomed the tips. Hopefully i can actually replace my pads and rotors afyer work today.
Hi I have a 2016 premium same problem steering wheel shakes like crazy 60 mph and over and the shutter every once in a while when I brake had tires road force balance by Lexus 4 times still steering wheel shaking at 60 mph and up bought new tires a month ago still same problem lexus can’t figure it out.
Upgraded to ebc yellow stuff brake pads and their plain rotors, shake and shudder at 60-70mph decreased by a lot but still present at first, does go away completey once i keep driving, im ok with it for now...just completed aux trans cooler install as well.
Yea wtf my shaking has come back and again only between 60-70 mph. I see this is a common issue for many but I’m determined to figure out.
She just hit 100k miles so my next move is to replace sway bar bushing, links and shocks, Don’t think this will help but we’ll see once she’s on the lift at the shop.

If replacing the brakes fixed it the first time and wasn't just a placebo, and now it's back, I'd start by looking at the brakes again. Likely the rotors warped again, the pins seized or the caliper is sticking on and dragging brake pads causing the warping/shaking so quickly again.
