I am curious if '14+ base/premium have the wiring harnesses/connectors for the powered 3rd row?
EDIT: They do not.. only 10-13 models, 14-21 Luxury or 21 w/Premium w/powered 3rd row
Two available 30 AMP power taps...one for left and one for right.

Has anyone tried to do the third row delete and replace the interior plastics with the prado version that doesnt have the third row so it looks entirely stock? Maybe even add a 4runner table?
Also, has anyone considered installing a 4runner non-third row 2nd-row seat so that it folds up against the front seats instead? Below is a pic of a prado without a third row....
Here is the 4runner with the middle seats down and no third row.

This IH8Mud member ordered the Prado trim piece needed if you delete the 3rd row seatbelt as well.
Trim piece is not apparently available in black though.
This thread may be of interest as well of 2 row 460s in other markets

Removal of third row seats and 40% section of second row
I'm most likely going to be getting a GX pretty soon. As background info & some amusement, I just sold my 2019 Land Cruiser with 40k miles to Vroom. They paid me about $1k more than I what I purchased the LC. So, I decided to take them up on the offer, put $15k in the bank and get a new GX. Seemed like a no brainer to me.
But has anyone removed the 3rd row seats on a GX. If so, are there any true obstacles - large voids, air bag sensors, etc. We'd never use the third row and would like the extra space for gear. Also, any info on removing the 40% section of the second - that's what I did on the LC and loved the room it created. My goal would be to get a bicycle in the rear with the bike standing upright - front wheel removed.

Replacing 3rd row seating options
Just removed my 3rd row seating in a 2015. My 2013 had electric 3rd row, went nuts trying to find switches in non-electric!!! Have seen the Goose Gear platform on YouTube. Curious what others have found or built, sound proofing material too, instead of purchasing the Goose Gear product? Many thanks!

See here There's mass damper material underneath. I don't think it made much of a difference with all the wood on top of it.

What sound dampening to use
Just removed 3rd row on 2015 GX via help from YouTube. Piece of cake. Covered with original mat and Weathertec mat. Fits well. Would like to add sound dampening underneath and am unfamiliar with types. Recommendations please. Sound not excessive as is.
Much easier for dog to jump up into now, and added cubic feet wonderful. Bonus. Just drove 1200 miles averaging 23 mph plus on interstate at 70 mph. At 60 on one stretch actually hit 25. Very surprised.

Took my 3rd row out of 2015 GX 460. Extra six inches in depth allowed me to pick up a new oven in its crate from the warehouse. Hyster driver placed directly in the rear storage area with an inch to spare at the top of access area. Without removal, would have needed to rent a truck. Not everyone needs this much storage, however fit the bill here.

I removed mine, very easy unless you don't know how to turn a bolt.
I added sound deadening and made my own low floor in two pieces after needing just one more rear seat for a trip.
Have a low storage drawer set on it to hide away things.
