So we all know heat kills batteries... what do you do to keep the remote in the car?...and the head phones for that matter...
incidentally, (I'm no audiophile, but I love the sound system... wow...)
thanks in advance

Battery performance in a hot car.... I live in Atlanta so I am sure my truck gets up to 125 Fahrenheit and occasionally 10 Fahrenheit in the winter. I keep a laptop, iPad, 5 cordless drill batteries, a pile of AA ,AAA,9v,12v and some other lithium batteries also.
I have never noticed a difference with battery performance.
I am jealous of your ML audio system

It is nice... the wife caught me the other day watching a movie in the car. I felt silly/geeky and amazed that car audio has come such a long way.... It's like a brand new theater..the base was tight, strong, mids were clear, highs sparked...
Thanks for the input on the batteries..a.I'll keep the remote with batteries in the car and see how they last... I am surprise to hear you keep all those toys in your car and they still work fine. I left an iPod in my car once, and now the battery... lasts but a few short minutes... need to change the batteries out.
