Some rubbing on a bolt holding some plastic, so replaced with low profile screw head and seems to be a solution. Dramatic difference in looks that comes though in the pics at maybe 50%. Excited about big jump in snow and offroad capability. I plan to add very mild lift to help with clearance.
It looks that this is the way to go. What about rubbing at full flex? Maybe 1" lift could help... I plan to purchase GX and I would like to use it for some mild offroad - I have a highly modified Jeep for hard core trails.
With these tires the clearance could be O.K. The only problem is the front bumper, the front angle is really bad. But it looks that at this moment, there is no aftermarket alternative :-(
Hey @JohnJerk can you give me an update please? I'm due for a new set of tires of have some light overlanding trips planned. I was thinking about doing 275/65/18 duratracs.
How have they worn?
Did you get all the rubbing/clearance issues solved?

The bigger problem is the SPARE tire. No way you can fit 275/65/18 under there.
275 65 18 fallen wildpeaks no rubbing at all. My previous GX with same set up had a slight rub on the passenger side wheel well screw. The 14 had the KDSS lean and the 17 GX doesn’t...so I think that contributed to it. As for the spare, I bought a Rigd Ultraswing and absolutely love it.
