Windows for my PC, iPad and iPhone for all others. I guess I need to pay for an editing program. Such a simple request to crop a video and I can't find an option on any device...
I haven't used iMovie on an IOS device but I know cropping can be done on desktop Mac version... of course Apple QT player allows cropping as well but that doesn't help you on Windows.
I have 2 dash cams I want to install. 1 on the front mirror and 1 on the rear glass. Can anyone give some insight into how and where to hardwire to 12v acc.
I like using a constant power source, as my camera has a "Park" feature that puts it in sleep mode unless it's triggered by motion. If you decide to do the same, use something like this to protect against draining your battery:
I tapped into the main fuse box under the dash on the left side with add-a-fuse kit like DallasDave posted above. I ran the wire along side the A pillar and tuck it under the headliner.
I don't know how would you run wires for the rear one but I want to know if any had done it too.

Not I have done anything, but you should be able to find power source at real doom lights area.
I have a buddy coming over this weekend to help. He thinks we can use the ACC wire for the hitch, or run a single power wire under the kick plates to the fuse block

Hi All, I caught my toddler playing around in my car and sticking a pen into the upper panel, where the sunglass holder is located. Now the entire panel has lost power. The lights, SOS Connector or sunroof controls do not work. Is there a way to take it off to see if there's a cable that came loose or something like that?
