Default Wheel Offset.

I spotted used winter Wheels (265/60/R18) for my 2017 Lexus GX (premium) with following spec:
Bolt Patterns: 135x6, 139.7x6
Size: 18x8.50
Offset: +15
The Kal tire web site sates that it will fit on my vehicle, just wondering if the offset +15 will make any difference?

It will fit but it's wider and push out more to the fender - the stock offset is around +52-55mm I think, +15mm means you're going negative.

It'll have a wide stance... a bit more stable doing corner.

Default GX 460 Premium (2018) 20 Inch Rims

Hi there,

I'm new to the site and forum. I looked around on here about 20 inch rims. I recently ordered 20 inch Black Rhino Traverse rims and 285, 50, r20 Nitto G2 tires. I went to put them on today and there was a slight rub on the inside fender where the front tires are. Particularly, it rubbed on the inside, back bolt.

Has anybody else had the same issue running these tires or other tires this size: 285, 50, r20. I wanted a slight offload tire like the G2s. Any advise on running 20 inch rims on this vehicle would be greatly appreciated.

There are a couple of threads here mentioning the Bolt rubbing when using bigger tires. Best solution is to either shave the bolt or get rid of it. It only holds the mud flap in place I think. There are two bolts that do that and one can do the as easily.

Default 17” Envy rims with 265/70/17 General Grabber

Ended up with a set of these...similar in design to the TRD rims. With 0 offset and the tires being almost 32” tall I needed to spend some time with the heat gun. In retrospect, wish I would have gone black...the gunmetal is too close to the color of my truck. It looks like I tried to match it, but failed. 😬

Today will be the last day I have them mounted. With 10cm of snow coming tomorrow I need to put on the blizzaks and factory rims.

i looked at the fuel fuel rims as well, but didn’t think the bead lock look would work on my truck. Looks slick with the white!

Yeah, i don't actually love the beadlock, especially the fact that it isn't even removable. Got a great deal that I couldn't pass up though.

Yes, pretty much all 17” or 18” 4runner wheels work on the GX. The SR5 wheels are really cheap as people practically give them away. For winter tires, these would be prefect.
