just put 20’ XDs on my 16’. I went with Nitto Terra Grapplers in size 265/50/20 and I really like the look and the feel. Obviously the ride isn’t as plush but I wanted it to be a bit more rigid. I probably could have gone with a taller tire but I absolutely didn’t want any rubbing. It is a Lexus after all....
Have bridgestone dueler ht 265/60r18 on stock wheels on 2014 GX 460 now. It almost a time to replace tires, have 44k ml. Found a great deal on bridgestone dueler 275/60r20, they are on 20” wheels from Infinity. Same lug pattern, but higher offset looks like.
Question: will they fit without any modifications?
Thanks .
I think you'll regret the change for the decrease in ride quality. If you've ever driven a car back to back with bigger rims, it's amazing how much rougher it rides. Plus tires are usually more expensive. Just something to think about.
I was just on wheel-size.com. They show Infinity QX and Nissan Armada 20" six bolt wheels have a smaller center bore hole (77.8mm) than than Lexus / Toyota six bolt wheels (106.1mm). Those Infinity wheels have the same bolt pattern but the smaller center hole would prevent them from fitting over the larger Lexus hubs. BradTank is correct, 20" wheels will detract from the ride. They add a lot of unsprung weight and the shorter sidewalls don't cushion bumps nearly as well.
i don’t think anybody in the forum has successfully installed 33” wheels without spacers or a lift (the size listed above is a full 8% larger in diameter). If you could fit the wheel (although I believe the post above is correct about the bore hole) the tire size would be a problem.
your best bet is finding some 4Runner limited 20” wheels.

It can't be THAT bad. I have 22's on street tires for the warm months and KO2s on the factory wheels for winter and the ride on the 22's are a little better than how things are on the KO2s. If it wasn't for the crappy winter roads, I'd rock the 22s all year long.
265 / 65 R18 Falken Wildpeak AT3
Stock Lexus 18" Rims, powder coated gloss black with center caps painted gloss black
No rubbing issues, no spacers, no lift, no wheel well changes
Fills the wheel well nicely while retaining close to stock handling
I personally like it better with a bit firmer of a ride, less floaty feeling
Noise change is not noticeable (always ran BFG KO2 on previous subs and trucks, been very happy with those, also happy with the Falken so far and a 55k warranty so well see)
Went back and forth with sizing, offsets, backspacing etc and my head was about to explode....kept it simple and happy I did
GX is brand new so i can get more creative down the road with lift, sliders, rims etc when she's a little older and ready to get beat on off road
