I've run Toyo Open Country AT II's in my 4runner and like them. The specs on them in 265/65/18 lists these tires at 41lbs and rev/mile at 659. Based on the information you've provided, doesn't look like these will fit underneath huh? Do we have an idea of the lowest rev/mile value that will fit underneath the car?
We know that 675 (Falken) does not touch KDSS bar. We know that 659 (Defender) does. I think that Goodyear Adventure AT will not touch but that is just theory.

Sumitomo Encounter AT is also listed at 675 rev/mi, weighs similar to the Falkens
Goodyear Wrangler Trail Runner AT is also listed at 663 rev/mi, both Goodyear models are lighter than the Falkens
I wonder how much of a different 1 rev/mi makes? There are a handful of tires at 660 rev/mi and 1 at 661 rev/mi (Pirelli, Bridgestone, Firestone, Hankook)

So, for those who upsize their tires to Falkens.......you're not really upsizing much over your old stock tires...maybe a few centimeters!

Upgrade from factory:
- TRD Pro wheels (17x7) in matte black
- Falken Wildpeak AT3W in 265/70R17; non LT version (fits in spare tire well - barely)
- Required heat gun and massage of both front of the front wheel well as well as the usual suspect bolt in the rear of the front wheel well
- Outstanding upgrade and a great option for those not wanting to drop coin on a lift!

17" TRD Bro wheels w/ 265/70/17 BFG K02 C Load tires. Rubs in the back of the front wheel well. It is infrequent. I will probably try and source a screw for the liner that will sit flush. That should do the trick. No rub at full lock.
Loving the new look compared to my factory chrome wheels. Not 100% satisfied with the wheel/tire balance. Hopefully a road force balance will solve that.

I honestly can't tell any difference from the previous Tour HPs I had even though I assume they should have to have more road noise, but I really don't seem to notice any and I put about 80 miles on them today going back and forth to the office. (90% highway)

So I had a short exchange with someone on FB GXOR group and he recently installed 265/65/18 Toyo Open Country ATIIs, P version. I am not sure of the exact year of his car but it was a 2014+ Luxury and I am asking about his trailer hitch now... but he said he was able to get the spare under the car, although it was a very tight fit. Based on my research, the Toyo's have a rev/mile of 659.
