Anyone running a low offset (-10 or -12mm) 17x8.5 or 17x9 wheel? I'm not sure about fitment but have found several wheels that I like with those offsets. I've searched for countless hours and haven't found any pictures showing how flush they are to the GX fenders. I'm really trying to avoid them poking out.

Pictures are greatly appreciated!

Adding for knowledge base. 2013 with TRD trail edition wheels wearing Falken Wildpeak AT3 265/70/17. With stock suspension, it's does rub on the back screw of the running boards when turning while braking and especially while reversing. Can be cured by using a heat gun and pushing the plastic back.

Since my Silver 2019 GX won't be doing much "overlanding.", I decided to order up some PVD Chrome OEM wheels to replace the stock painted wheels. My wife's LS460, also in silver, has chrome OEM's, and it looks sharp. So now we'll have a matching pair! I'm doing the exchange program through Detroit Tire & Wheel. My wifes LS has actual chrome, and she's getting some orange peel, so I went with the PVD Chrome after hearing a lot of good reviews of Detroit Wheel. I'll report back when they arrive and I get them swapped over.

I finally put my gram lights 57transX setup on my truck.
we really aren't out of cold temps, but we got a decent rain on Friday and washed the salt off the roads. At that point I figured it had been long enough.

Initial thoughts were.. I love the wheels, just kind of wish I would have done more tire especially after seeing other pics in this thread. Maybe slight upsize and an A/T... But I knew I wanted a quiet high way tire and that's what I got. This is momma's ride, not mine and she wouldn't have been happy with any increase tire noise.

Now that I've seen it on the road for a couple days, I am happy. I think it looks how I want it to. It has a much better stance and the tires look fine.

Default 6 spoke wheels

How much does the 2012 wheel weight? When I order my next wheels it would be nice to get them lighter to offset the tire weight.. thxs

What size tires are these KO2's? It doesn't look like you have a lift, but is that stock ride height?

Thanks!

I got an email the day I ordered saying it would be 6-8 weeks until shipment since they were going to take an OEM set, refurb them and apply the PVD chrome. That was a few days before the COVID19 cluster F, so I’m not even sure if Detroit is operating. Low priority for me right now, I’ll check back in a few weeks.

Anyway I've been lurking the forums and just installed some 275/70/18 KO2's today, I had to trim the side step plastic and remove the front flap in the lower part of the wheel well; there is absolutely no rubbing. I have also ordered some ironman 660lbs Nitro 2-3inch suspension, should arrive in a few weeks.
Were these wheels powder coated?? They look great.

Default Newbs 2 cents

Hello. Newb here. Figured i'd chime in instead of lurk. 17x9 SCS Ray10's wrapped in some Muddy's. not an overlander type of guy. have more of a surf and trail ride kinda vibe.

New wheels tires, lugs on the way, for some reason left outta the order. Back to 265/60 r18 ridge grapplers on 18 vision armor. -12 offset

obviously not yet mounted, as lugs are on way. Will post after pics when mounted. Like a kid on Christmas Eve, I am.

The Enkeis? Strange I'm not finding them.

Edit - Found them. 25lbs each. Heavier than the 18in version. Good now I can just get the TRD wheels instead and save myself a grand or so. I was expecting these to be around 20lbs. Good thing for my wallet.
