Love your Lexus with Black Rino wheels! I just purchased a 2021 black GX 460. I love your wheels but was only looking for 20’s. Could you give me any help on best size for tires, wheel width etc compared to what you used?

Hi....love the look...I’m getting at new GX and wanted to get the machined cut Traverse Wheel. If I get 275/50/20 with 15mm offset as you mentioned
I shouldn’t have any rubbing issues? Do you agree?
thanks!

I just purchased my wife a 2010 GX. I was wondering if anyone has powder coated the stock rims in any other colors. Any pics would be appreciated. I think I am also gonna go with the Conti A/Ts

I just used plasti dip in the anthracite color. The tires are wide enough that they aluminum will never scrape.

That's perfect. Ours is the same color too! I just checked the price to powder coat and it's $600. Not worth it on stock rims. What brand and size tires are those?

BF Goodrich K2 265 65 18. Got them at SAM’s for $1,050 instead w lifetime rotation and balancing. They are not loud at all, am surprised. They ride nice and are great in the snow. The plastic dip, if you do that, jack the GX up and so one wheel at a time and spin it to assure good coverage. You can do all 4 with 2 cans.

Default LX 570 look wheel for GX in 20" or 22"

Anyone know if a replica wheel or something similar is made that will fit the GX 460? I'm referring to the 10-spoke OEM LX 570 wheel pictured here.

Want something similar for 2021 GX 460 in 20" or 22".

Hey @louscrw Awesome GX, looks great. For the fender lining mod, did you just switch out that bolt for a flatter screw? And did you have to do any heat gun/massaging in the front fender liner?

Hi @msgs350 - when you did the heating/molding/manipulating, did you just push the liner forward once it was warmed up? Or is there another method to push the fender liner forward to avoid rubbing? I'm experiencing some light rubbing, so looking for a fix without cutting. Thanks in advance!

what you do is heat up the liner with a heat gun until is becomes soft and moldable. Then you take a stick (bat works well) and push it away from wheel while it’s hot. You need to be able to cool it down while you’re pushing it forward. A spray bottle of water or alcohol will do the trick. You may have to repeat a few times to get it to desired form. Look up some walkthroughs on YouTube.

I loved your pic so much, I decided to do the same thing except with our new Pirelli All Terrain Pluss lol The plasti dip didn't work that well at 32 degrees, but the wife wanted it done. Other side will work much better, Got the kit from dipyourwheels.com and highly recommend
