Could you please share some details on how you did the blackout? I am looking to do the exact same on a black GX. Are you thinking about the grill? It is top of mnd for me because the black with chrome looks a little too flashy for my blood

1. Would I also need the center caps? I see they are sold separately however it looks like the rim is sold with them
2. Would I need the installation kit if the wheel rim part itself comes with: Unique spline-drive lug nuts and wheel locks accompany the Lexus 18-in Alloy Wheels. Thanks!!

I still have to do the pieces of chrome molding in the rear.
I plan to do the pieces around the new grill. Just not sure how well it will hold up from road chips and road wear. We shall see.

I'm looking for a set of the sport edition gunmetal grey wheels for my 17 GX. Does anyone have a mint take off set for sale? Also, has anyone purchased the F-Sport accesory wheels from Lexus. If so, how do they fit and ride? Thanks for any help!

Swapped out the street style 22" Black Rhino's for some Method Racing MR704's with Cooper Discoverer AT3 LT's in a 275/70R17. Very happy with the change as the ride is smoother and more quiet.

BTW, any rubbing with that set-up? Are you lifted? Nice ride!

Yep, R17. Nice catch! Definitely rubbing on the ride home. Had to remove the inner running board bolt off and replace it with washers and a rivet. Some heat gun work helped things out. I need to do a little bit more and I'll be good. No lift on the ride; the suspension is stock.

Not on the GX, but on a pickup. My experience with them (Scorpion ATR) was great and I would buy again. Michelin is, by far, my preferred tire brand. But, the Pirellis you mentioned are great alternatives to the LTX A/T, especially when one finds the LTX A/T too mild-mannered, but doesn't want an A/T tire that's too aggressive.
For truck tires, Michelin is in a league of their own, in my opinion. The second tier is Pirelli, Yokohama, and Continental. Possibly Cooper and BF Goodrich.
