Afternoon everyone, first time posting here. I am a happy new (to me) owner of a 2013 GX460. I have a set of the 17" TRD Pro rims and was hoping someone here has experience with the tire requirements. Unfortunately, I cannot put a lift on the vehicle as I use it for work. My plan was to put a set of 255/70R17 tires on but didn't know if I should expect any balance or rubbing issues.
I haven't seen anyone else running these FJC 6-spoke wheels on a GX460, so thought I'd post. Running 265/65/17 tires, truck is fully stock, zero rubbing under any conditions.

Greetings fellow members! I am a newbie to the site (although full disclosure, CL has always been EXTREMELY helpful in the past, since this is my 2nd LEXUS within the last 3 years and I would always come here to gain some knowledge, but I just never created an account until now) as a member, but not as a visitor. So, as I am trying to make a decision on what to do regarding my 19' GX's wheels, I figured who all would be better than YOU ALL, to get some feedback, opinions, thoughts etc on what I should and should not do ;-)
As you can see in the pics (first three are of my GX), I have the stock 18" factory wheels from LEXUS; actually had them painted gloss black at the dealer before I took delivery of the purchase (via their 3rd party mobile paint vendor that comes to their dealership to work on their inventory). I have 24K miles on the vehicle, so and looking to get some new tires soon. I might try to run it down to 4/32 tread so that I can get a credit towards a new set of Bridgestone's (since any reputable Bridgestone dealer participates/honors this from what I recently learned). But since I am getting new tires, I kind of want to get a bigger wheel while I'm at it lol.
So, I'm going to stick with a gloss black wheel (like a Niche or Helo, or Asanti.....maybe Black Rhino). Please feel free to recommend if you have another brand I should look at, because I am open to anything that is all black, and suited for an SUV. BTW, just know that this is my daily driver. I am in sales, but also have a few little ones (4 month and 2-year old, 7 year old.....). I really like the look of the larger 22" rim, but NOT with a low profile tire that is too sensitive to pot holes, city driving, etc. My question is, first off, can I even install a 22" rim on my car without having to do any body and/or wheel well modifications? There looks like so much space now between my current wheels/tires to accommodate a 22" setup. If I can, then which size tire should I get? Again, not planning on doing any off-roading any time soon, but possibly in a few years....you never know. This is a lease, but I am already planning on purchasing the vehicle at the end of the lease next year.
FYI- I also included a few pics online that really resemble the look that I am trying to achieve as far as the wheel's size. Although, I really like wheels that have a lip, which these pics do not. Thank you all in advance for your feedback!!!

Black Rhino Mozambique 22x9.5 +25mm 275/45r22 No modification, haven't experienced any rubbing yet. The ride is a bit firmer than stock, but also handles better. I was skeptical about going 22" but I had an explorer sport before this with about same amount of sidewall from the factory.
That looks amazing!!! Thanks for the response and insight. I really am digging those wheels. So to confirm, you didn't have to do any modifications to the body or the wheel well? All four of those wheels are the same size; so not staggered? I could be wrong, but that your GX also looks like a 2019?
*** Correction, I see it's a 2018. So it looks like there were no changes between mine and your years that would create a sizing issue with a 22" wheel?
