Question for those with AVS. How far can the truck rise or lower?

Reason I ask is I might be able to fit the truck in my garage, if I can bring it down a couple inches.

Also, has there been any wear and tear concerns if I would lower it once daily during the winter months?

How low is your garage?

A standard home garage door is 7', not an issue for the GX.

If you have to park in a parking garage that's another issue. I would walk it out with a buddy and just see where you can and can't fit without depending on the air suspension. Using it to lower rear to fit into a tight parking garage every once in a while is one thing but if you have to do it daily, you're bound to forget to lower it.

My garage is a little smaller (older house). It's 6' 3.5" at its tightest point

The GX is 6' 2.2" high. A little lower for the luxury. Have someone watch you as you pull it in for the first time and you should be fine.
