I was thinking the same thing when I watched that. Maybe, but the Morvair has GIANT tires and TONS of grip and still had issues.
I think it's hard to appreciate the angle they are at there. When I saw it was tied down to a tree branch on the trail I laughed (Afraid it's going to blow away or something?), but then I realized to do that, they must have been SCARED.
Even Matt says he is afraid in the video. The lens doesn't translate the extreme angle.

Today, July 9, an emergency happened in Yerevan. Around 12:00, the National Center for 9-11 Crisis Management of the Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs received an alert that a car was on fire near 54/7 Arin Berdi Street.
The photojournalist reports that there were fortunately no injuries as a result of the fire. The driver parked the car at the indicated place, got out and was talking to a friend when he noticed that the car was on fire.
His wife was also in the car, and the driver was able to quickly get her out of the car.
