So if you have a recalled airbag would it show up when you search at one of these 2 NHTSA sites -- mine is a 2013, and returned no recalls

This chart will determine when.... I believe it to be based on original sales area (Zone) and model year. A Zone A 2013 would be January 2018 for example.

Your model year hasn't been officially recalled yet. Only through 2012.
What state was your vehicle originally sold in? or did you buy new? That info should show up at one of these links. Aside from some later model '17 GXs... all will require replacement of that front passenger seat inflator.

Example... even a 2010 model that was sold in my state probably won't show up on recall list yet as it is in Zone C which is scheduled for a Phase 4 replacement. Mine came out of Zone A state (CA).

I just called my dealer today and I was told that parts are not yet available. Supposedly we will receive another letter letting us know when we can make an appointment. I'll probably keep calling before I get any letter.

Thanks!! just seems odd that it doesn't even who up as a potential recall when searching. All the websites on the recall make it sound like if your vehicle has been affected, the vin search would confirm that.
Thanks again!!

Recived a letter last week that the fix is here (no call). I would think people in your position should be a priority. I will hold off for a few weeks as I do not carry passengers. Not sure about the supply and demand in my area and I can wait. I would hate to get the replacement and someone that really needs it would have to wait.

That is noble of you, but personally I would just get it done as soon as you can, get it over with. I carry passengers at least a few times per week, but I know there are definitely a bunch of people ahead of me who probably don't. It would be particularly irritating if you somehow missed the first batch of 2011 airbags and there was some further delay. This has already taken forever and we've all waited long enough at this point IMO. Strike while the iron is hot and all of that.
