nice! did it need an adapter or splicing ? did you add a switch?do they turn on with headlights only?
I basically cut off the factory connectors and soldered my new wiring + connectors onto the factory wiring. I tapped into the factory relay box to control the foglights, and yes, I purchased a factory looking switch that fits into one of the empty slots on the left side of the dash. I highly considered purchasing a factory headlight stalk with foglight switch but I had already purchased the switch, so I decided to use it. I wonder if the factory headlight/signal stalk would make the installation plug-n-play.
Since I tapped into the factory relay box, the fogs work like OEM factory fogs and are tied into the low beams. The foglight icon on the gauge cluster is also utilized and illuminates whenever the lights are on.
Years ago on my old Nissan Maxima it did have factory fogs but when you replaced the broken fog lights they always included the replacement switch stalk that could be used in vehicles without option. Not sure if that is the case here

If the fog harnesses are premiered as indicated here, I would assume the plug in on the switch stalk is highly possible. By looking as switch stalk, it is just a multi pins connector into steering wheel column, wondering the difference would be just missing few pins on the stalk without fog lights control.

If its like most Toyota products of the last decade, its plug and play. MY20 is a whole different story.
Well, as many of the GS owners will tell you, it's not always this easy. Many F-Sport owners wanted fog lights on their GS. There's a huge long thread in the 4GS forum about it. Getting the little indicator light on the dash always seemed to be the hardest part, not sure it was ever truly explained how some got it to work, and others couldn't. Also, the cleanest look is to get the stalk, but that requires so much extra work...removing the steering wheel.
It's nice to see that Lexus made it easy for the GX, if you wanted to add those lights.
I ended up just purchasing ijdmtoy 2.25" projectors 9006 fitting, 9006 led bulbs, ijdmi 9006 wiring kit, and stock fit switch from amazon(i ordered blue, white would've been a better stock look). I did have prewired fog set up but decided i wanted the ability to turn the fog lights independantly from low beams. I bought some cheap bulbs at first, no good not bright at all. I did get some better 9006 led bulbs on sale. It makes a hug difference!
I was cheap and didn't want to pay $1500 for just the fog lights.
I went ahead and did this mod last night ...using H3 projectors with HID conversion .. I will update with the write up instruction later when I get to the laptop.

Hey @Chasin , do you have more details on how you tapped into the factory relay?
