I replace all 4 New F Sport Rim on GX460. 4 New Michelin Tires. Road Force 9700. Hunter Aligment. Still steering is shimming.
Went to Dealer test drove with tech but Tech said he can't feel what I feel.....Grrrrr
So According to Techman his problem solved by replaced all the Rotor Front and Rear and drives like a glass
Some suggested to flush out the rack pinion / power steering fluid and replaced with fresh one (will do tomorrow) mine just 35K and already brown color also tighten the rack pinion 1/4 turn.
Went to dealer a month ago and complaint pulling right came back and tire is feathering.
dealer told me road crown and it's normal
I decided to fix it my self and only 38K miles on the car.
I'm not waiting for their warranty done. So I do it my self.
bought 2 new strut, 2 tie rod, 2 wheel bearing, 1 driver side spring (right side spring done by warranty)
AND surprisingly right tie rod is hell to removed and my family mechanic is laughing at me that I told him I have done 3x alignment within 3 month and it's impossible to remove with wrench. So this tie rod is never adjusted at all wtf , so he used torch to remove it.
all new part put back in place according to spec and torque
back to alignment.
boom steering is straight and no more rubbing rrrrr noise when full turn left or right forward
also gone rrrrr noise when reverse full left and right turn
I don't know which part fixed those rrrrr noise and what cause right pulling.
the steering wobble is still there (3x hunter balanced, new rim, new tires) and my mech advise to look into the CV joint.
Nice finally it worked out for you. Are u still under warranty. You should atleast talk to the dealer and try to get reimbursed for the parts. Btw what city are u in I see corrosion at few places.

We, too have a 2015 CPO that was pulling to the right. The tires had uneven wear, as it looked like the previous owner never rotated the tires at all. I finally purchased a new set of tires and the problem was still there. It took three trips to the shop (NTB) but it's finally fixed. They stated that a slight caster adjustment made the difference (no formal way to adjust, just tweaking a few bolts, etc.). Now it tracks straight.
I have 2015 GX 460 and it pulls to right from day 1.
Dealer did alignment, switch two front tires and tie rod adjustment but still pulls and sometime it wander... did anyone able to fix this issue?

For those who have the issue fixed by the dealer.... Can you post up some information on what they did or provide the service write up for it? Mine pulls to the right and is not steady... It wanders every where and can't be driven with one hand. Yes, it's wrong to do and you're supposed to have 2 hands on the wheel...

I don't have a GX, I have an RC F, but I've been searching all of the different forums for alignment issues. I hit a large pothole going about 45 - 50 MPH, which I couldn't avoid, unfortunately. At the first dealership I went to, the technician rode with me and said that the alignment is within specs. He swapped the tires side to side (can't do front to back since the wheels are staggered). Vehicle still pulled to the right. He then said that due to the crown of the road and the width of the tires (wider = more sensitive to following crown), this was natural behavior. He mentioned he could correct the geometry, but it would cause premature tire wear. I said no thanks.
I wanted a second opinion from another Lexus dealer in the area. So, I explained to the service advisor my experience at the first dealership. I wanted them to check all suspension components and let me know what they found. It's been two days so far. I was updated today that the tech said nothing was wrong with suspension, but they would have to align with a cradle shift to fix the pulling. The camber is off and this is the only way to fix it. I'm picking up my car tomorrow, so we'll see.

But still the steering wheel was shaking and the car was pulling toward the right side. Dealer as usual couldn't find anything long story short I went to a frame/alignment specialist shop and they were able to fix it 300$ later my car was as straight as a arrow. I see your in TX also if ur in Dallas I can refer you to the shop.
I think we are the pot hole haven of the nation... If a part was replaced, what was the exact part they replaced? Is it a common part to bend? What do I need to look out for?
I had $3,500 worth of front end work done on my '06 F-150 and it rides like a Caddy! Amazing how you get used to the slow degradation over time.

We recently purchased a used, but in good condition, gx460 for my wife. We wanted a safe vehicle for her to transport our 16 month daughter, and soon to be born son. The car did not have any prior accidents. Tires are pretty much brand new. And we’ve gotten 2 alignments done in the past 2 weeks trying to address this issue.
The car seems to be ever so slightly veering to the right and the wheel when going straight seems crooked to the left. Slight, but definitely noticeable. The shop assured me that it’s safe to drive and that he would feel comfortable putting his own kids in the car. I mean, to me, other than the fact that my OCD drives me nuts looking at the slanted wheel, it does go straight when I want it to.
What could be the reason? Has anyone else ever experienced this? I was told that if the car has frame damage it would not be able to be aligned. However, I have the certification sheet that shows the car is within spec. Really odd.
Any feedback, input, knowledge, help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
My experience its either due to the road crown, different air pressure in the tires, the tires are splashy, or the tires are tracking along with ruts in the pavement. I would find the flattest, newest piece of highway you can find and see if it does it.
Attached a link with a better explanation of road crown below. since its pulling to the right, this sounds to be the likely cause. I also went back to a dealer after an alignment with the same complaint and a tech took me down two different roads, one with heavy crown and one flat and smooth made of what looked like concrete. It was like driving two different cars.

Welcome to the forum.
Yes, it is normal and actually a characteristic of the GX that no one wants. The GX behaves very badly on windy days and on uneven, imperfect roads. It tends to pull to Right so you need to pull it to the Left. If you park it on a FLAT surface, from behind the RIGHT REAR seems to be lower than the LEFT (just sometimes). For years I have lived with this problem and I have learned and accepted that is the issues with KDSS. 4Runner/LandCruiser equipped with KDSS seem to have the issues as well.
Thank you. I see. So then, as it doesn’t bother my wife (she can’t even tell.. even after I pointed it out to her), and the alignment is straight, presumably it is safe to drive.. ? Kinda odd how a company like Toyota who prides themselves on perfection would drop the ball like that...
