You must be in Houston then? I've used Clear Choice Woodlands numerous times and they really do great work. I will say that for parts, you pay full retail through them, though the extend the warranty out to two years which is nice. I got a full tour the first time I took my LS430 in to CC and their facility is immaculate. Highly recommend them if you want to save some money compared to the dealer and you want someone who is still highly knowledgeable about Lexus products. Free loaner cars too.

Yes, I am actually located in Kingwood and will typically do most maintenance myself, but it's good to have a few options for the jobs I don't want to deal with or can't handle on my own. Thanks for the info.

Yep, my dealer @ 40K service (CPO buy) said brakes were 50% done, so I should start thinking about it at 65-70K, but they would update estimate as we go. I would replace AHC fluid as it's a critical part of the smoothness of the suspension and it's called for in the manual. Not hard, a bunch of DIY on ih8mud.

FYI.. no AHC fluid in a 460 like a LX

Shocks are sealed on all models and vehicles with RAHC are pneumatically adjustable via bags on rear. There is fluid in KDSS but haven’t heard of anyone changing it unless system failed which is ultra rare.
