How to change Front brakes '10 GX460

Is there any how to' step by step on changing front pads? Anything would help and greatly appreciated.

I watched this video and he's an idiot. I would never wedge a screwdriver between the pad and the rooter. I don't know if you can see it but he scratches the rooter up by pushing the calibers back. Why didn't he just remove the rooters and then push it back???
