Were you planning to pick up out of country or see if the dealer would mail it to you?

Just curious, how many people are interested in this item? I could probably buy a small batch and ship it back using a freight carrier.

I go there quite often so probably can bring it back if it’s not too big. Most dealer don’t like international shipping unless they add some substantial markup. An item of this size can be very expensive to ship via post office. They don’t have mid tier Priority Mail, only Express 1 week or surface 3 months.

Appears to be an easy install with existing holes.

Love that installation time, 0.2 hours that equals 12 minutes...If it takes longer for you....
Face it, you are a failure.

I have no idea why they masked the part #. I know in some markets vendor can't display trademark logo on their marketing material unless specifically approved by the manufacture. But since I am going to check out the part in person, I don't worry about the authenticity too much.

Ok, An update...
The dealer in China said they are only getting 1 or 2 of these per month. Sometimes, they don't get any in 2~3 months. These are import parts directly from Toyota / Lexus. Unfortunately, they are the only dealer I found in China that carry this Lexus OEM bonnet deflector. So buying bulk is not possible. China sell LC Prado mostly instead of GX so the market is very small. They said they can't ship due to liability. To make it even worse, the deflector exceeds the standard checked baggage size. If I want to bring it back in person, I have to wait for my ski trip and use snowboard bag. Another option would be pick it up in person and ship it myself.
I don't understand why these parts are so hard to get globally. Only very few places list them and most are not in stock. Aren't these massively produced OEM parts? Even if they are meant for another market, we should still see them available for purchase in this day and age.
BTW. They also carry other OEM parts for Lexus GX / Prado. Again, the quantity is very limited except Prado variant.
Both LC Prado and Lexus window deflector fits perfectly on GX460 including the clips. Lexus' version is about $100 more.
Will update this when I go to China.

That place in Germany I linked above got back to me and didn't seem to have an issue with obtaining unit. Only uncertainty is the cost of shipping as it exceeds their normal shipment size. They said the following:
"If ordered part will be longer then 120 cm or width is more then 60 cm (we don’t know real dimension of the 11 million part numbers in our shop) then you have to choice at shipping costs "Bigger delivery will be quoted by email" and after ordered item arrive in our warehouse and we know real dimension and weight of shipment, we are able to give you DHL Express, TNT Express and UPS shipping costs.
I've also contacted a domestic supplier who might be able to get them from Europe. I'll update if anything comes of that route as well.

Just for the sake of my curiosity, i also emailed a Lexus dealership in Sydney Australia who i've bought a rubber trunk mat from for my ISF a couple years back. The shipping was pretty outrageous for what it was but i wanted an OEM part and the box was rather large. I will let you guys know if they reply to me.

Not sure... might have US vendor willing to bring some into US. I'll post updates as I hear more. Gauging from interest here and on GXOR probably 10-15 are interested so far.
EDIT: I believe you do pay up front on that German site and then shipping surcharge will be billed to you.
