Wow, a full 50% of the list is toyota. Granted, there are two priuses and two 4runners on the list

I wonder how the GX product ended up higher than the runner? Seems like on the 4runner there would be less to go wrong.

It's nice to see the Q7 on the list which seems like a worthy new competitor to the GX despite unibody constructon.

i was surprised that MB GLC made this list. This was a first year for a totally new model. If I am not mistaken GLC plant is still in Bremen, Germany. If it will stay on this list and manufacturing plant next year I will consider to buy it. ( not as a replacement for GX)

I would take this list with a grain of salt. Some of the models are "one year only" quality surveys according to the article.

A new car not having a lot of problems is not all that impressive.

That's why I'm skeptical about some of the European offerings being considered "most reliable". Get back with us in 8 years.

The 4 runner is lower on the list, because its generally used harder. The big one is the only one year look. And consumer reports is usually pretty flawed. My worst purchases have been when I followed consumer reports advice. Snow blowers, TV's, tools, etc.
