Installer has backlog so got on the waiting list today. That is fine... I'd just like to get installed by fall.

Just a local installer in the area. Are you having challenges find someone to take on the job where you are located?

Do you mind sharing how much it costs? Labor rates are different of cause just want to get a ballpark estimation.

Unfortunately not.. still waiting to get installed. I may have to expand the area of shops I am looking at. Most are booked up for months.

Hi Arcad!

I just made an appt with Valley Hybrids/Cruiser Brothers to get my Eaton installed . They are only about 90 minutes from me.

I'll be ordering the rotary switch 84725-60030... easy to just Dremel out an appropriately sized hole in that panel and slide it in?

Looks like I just need the switch, wiring harness, and 3x pigtail wires in that photo?

For those wondering what it costs, I was just charged $1500 for the locker and expecting $1200 in labor. $2700 total.

Looks like you will be getting yours installed before mine. :-)

I need to see where I am at on my installers list of job.

I made a template of the switch before cutting out the hole. You will see that it is notched. on one spot.

Correct on post #11 for the switch and wires.

Good info on labor costs.

Like everything else looks like Harrop cost has gone up some. I paid $1125 back in March

Did you get your locker installed?

I am going to regear and trying to decide if I want to add lockers to the mix and cost. Right now I am thinking rear locker, but not decided. I like the simplicity of the e-locker compared to an ARB.

Mine is still in the box... too many other things going on and unfortunately fell off the radar. If the few shops in my area weren't so backlogged I would have had it done last year.

Bump. Did you do it yet?

For the others that have already done it, is it worth it?
