Couldn’t find switched power at the mirror (only constant) so ran a wire to the driver side fuse panel and used a fuse tap off the ACC fuse.
how do you like the pro clip location? Any issues?

I like it. From the driver side, it’s out of the way of any buttons or controls you would use.
My wife and son said it doesn’t bug them sitting in the passenger seat. My leg makes contact with it but I don’t think it would ever be an issue.

I wonder if it will leave an indentation over time , not sure about that.

Installed the KDSS control switch from Dr. KDSS. Super easy install and works as advertised.

I am sure there is plenty of discussion already on this, but aren't you concerned about handling in an emergency situation with the KDSS off?

Yep, you don't use this for general driving, only for certain conditions

Found battery was getting weaker, on 28K and 2 years, with my battery tester I got 313CCA, so it dying.
Did a quick order for DieHArd 24F Platinum AGM. easy swap.

Old battery must have been dying slowly, as cranking is now way faster, not sure why it has failed premature.
I'll deal with Lexus during teh week to see what compensation they will give or just replace the old battery, then I'll have a spare I guess. Just did not want to go there on a Sunday to deal with it and waste all day.

Looks great! I thought 265/65/18s don't rub at all on stock wheels. Is it because you added spacers?

Yeah I think it's fairly well known that lower offset wheels (aka position the tire further away out away from the vehicle) can cause some issues with the GX and tire interference.

I do really like the look of the stock wheels on those spacers though. I think it would be a good compromise for me until I win the lottery and buy the Volk's that I want.

Made appointment to get the side moldings deleted on my updated 2013. It ain’t cheap but my OCD says that it is worth it. Will get it done the first week in January. The body guy is an artist with sick skills so I’m expecting nothing short of perfection.
