Front passenger tire is steadily losing air so I finally took it off today and examined it but found no nails or anything. Took it to Discount Tire figuring the valve stem was leaking but they informed me that the chrome was flaking off the wheel and causing the tire to have a poor seal against the lip of the wheel. Well shoot.
Wasn't a big fan of the chrome OEM rims to begin with, now I have a reason to replace them. Torn between a standard set of silver OEM 6 spokes, or the F-Sport wheels. eBay has both available right now...
The best looking 18” wheels are those 6-spoke from the 4th gen 4Runner Limited. There’s a guy an hour from me selling them for a really good price with 4 new LTX M/S tires and TPMS too. Sooo tempted

Congrats 01Snake! Good deal? Thoughts on this 2nd gen upgrade? Actually 2.5 upgrade.
Thanks. Got it for just under $40K. I ONLY wanted white so my choices were kinda limited as far as finding a Luxury vs Premium.
While the 470 is a great car, the outdated interior was wearing on me. Anyhow, not much seat time yet in the 460 but so far, I absolutely LOVE it! The drive is phenomenal. Pretty quick and agile for a big SUV. I had a 2014 4Runner Trail Premium with KDSS awhile back and the ride between that and the 460 is laughable. Was not a fan of the 2014+ 4Runner. Hell, the 470 with 100K miles drove better than the brand new 4Runner I had.
