How do you exercise the actuators? Also, what product do you use on the undercarriage?

Nice! Same wheels I have on mine but in Gunmetal. What part of WA are you in? I'm in Renton.

shift it to 4 Lo and drive around for 5 minutes or so, including reverse.... shift it back to 4hi. instructions are on your visor...

actuate the center diff (only drive straight if on dry pavement)... I try to exercise this one only on grass while it's raining or has just rained so I can turn without tearing up the drive train... i do this in 4hi and 4lo

@Mistaken if I take off the wheel I put multiple items under the frame rail for safety besides the jack.

Admittedly I have those same ramps. They are rated for 12K-16K lbs though. I usually bring a floor jack into the mix just in case. I can't say I have heard of Rhino ramps failing but I'm sure someone has. There is a HF version that might increase my skepticism.

nuclearn8: I like Nightfall Mica

theres a lot of pics on rhino max. maybe some abused them, maybe some were made poorly, maybe some were old, who knows.
amazon reviews has a large pile of pics
we do know that as plastic ages it gets weaker. as it heats up it breaks down and as it gets colder or older it gets more brittle.
a nice number of temp and use cycles and then what? no one knows so for me i dont risk it.

really you can build a set that will last your lifetime for pretty cheap, maybe cheaper than the plastic ramps. not worth risking your life to some plastic ramps.
as an added bonus you can make them to whatever angle you want and to whatever height you want.
mine are 12x2s, but 10x2s would work just fine

storage and moving them into position is more difficult with these than with the rhinos
these are bigger and heavier

I'm in Lake Stevens. I'm sure it was pics of your setup that sold me on mine.

never noticed anything except atmospheric dust/ particulate... everything else rinses off if sprayed (post offroading) or from driving in the rain...
