I’ve been wanting a shelf to divide the rear cargo area, but really didn’t need to go full “Overlander “ with an expensive and heavy drawer system. I simply wanted a place to stash my go bag and some emergency supplies without taking up half of the cargo floor. This also keeps that stuff out of sight and the cargo area looks empty.
Finally found some time this week to get it done. A half sheet of 3/4” plywood was cut using the carpet map as a template. Then I added some metal 8” legs from Amazon, turnbuckles to fasten to the forward cargo hooks, black paint, and a piece of Aluminum trim for the rear edge.
I’m happy with the finished product. Rock solid and easily removed in 2 minutes if I need the cargo height or 3rd row.
Anyone using Exoforma Ceramic Shield?
Just did a wash, claybar and a few coats of Exoforma. Will see how it goes. First time doing claybar and wow it really smoothed out the surface.

Since new lights are with switchback sequential turn signals, I decided to convert original turn signal to part of fog/driving lights (for now).

I’ve been adding items to her slowly...
Bought some OEM replacement parts which I've been meaning to replace (passenger inner fender liner and pad have been damaged since we bought the vehicle (weird), back door window side trim(I broke the tab a while ago removing the interior trim piece)) and some rad rubber items...
