The '10 & '11 base lack the clip holes in door so you would be relying entirely on adhesive.

I put them on several years ago on my base 2011. They come with 3M tape and I have had no problems here in Georgia where the weather fluctuates and I have a black GX. I think I paid $700+ from Sewell Lexus back when they were selling to us.
