Just did this last night to my GX and my Tundra, super easy job, however if you are using the small grease tubes plan to reload cause they obviously dont hold very much. I should of posted some pics but just didnt think about it, maybe next time.
I've seen some grease splatter on mine like tecman states from prop shaft grease but not quite that much. Probably want to clean up with some brake cleaner and keep an eye on it.
If it quickly reappears might be a rear main seal as in area between engine and AT
Went to move the grease gun to get something and noticed it leaked a bunch of the oil from the bottom that was in the grease. I might have to invest in the tub of grease instead of the tube next time. I threw away the caps and left the tube inside the grease gun.
I plan to do this next few days, a quick question, do I have to jack up the gx off ground, some youtube videos mention that, but it looks like none of folks here do that, I hope I have the luck to get the zerks lined up properly for me. I have home made 2x10 ramps, so that gives me about extra 4.5'' clearance.
Do use caution when greasing the slip yokes as you can over grease them and cause a hydro-lock situation where the shaft can't compress due to the grease filling the cavity.

Got it. Thanks. Total 2 slip yokes? I will do 5 to 6 pumps each fitting to be conservative. That is what I read here, never exceeding 10 or 12 pumps
I asked lexus to lube it last time in service, but I am not sure if they ever do all 6 fittings.
