I've noticed that too... Nothing like when I drove my Porsche 944 or even Acura SLX (Isuzu Trooper)

If you are driving through the Pacific NW expect a wave from me. Not foreign thing to do while in my '00 Wrangler.

My father bought new and still his '93 Trooper. I felt right at home with that back door on the GX.

I live in a small city in northern Minnesota. There appears to be 1 other 460 in town (a '14+) and our '11 is the only one of that body style. There are maybe 3-4 470s. Very uncommon trucks, and I like that.

I don;t think the woman that drives the other 460 is going to welcome a wave from me, but maybe I'll try. I always enjoyed that from my Wrangler days, too.

I'm in Michigan and they are not very popular around here. Seems like its more popular on the west coast. We got a ton of NX/RX...but that's no surprise. Wranglers flood our streets. I haven't seen a GX 14+ yet. As far as I know...i am the only one...and i don't mind that at all

I think I drive a girls car. I seriously see more dudes driving Jettas than I do the GX460.... makes me wonder...

It's amazing looking at the sale chart.
So for June 2011, there were only 19 GX 460 sold in the entire Canada..... NINETEEN... for the whole country. WOW!

It's not a "girl's car" in that it's effeminate like say a Fiat 500, but it's definitely an SUV that females predominantly drive.

My wife won't drive anything but an SUV, and most women I know are the same way.

I will say though I hate it when chicks make a cool vehicle a "girl's car". See the Jeep Wrangler for a good example. When I was growing up, a Jeep was considered bad ***. By the time I got to college, nothing said "Sorority Girl" like a Jeep Wrangler.
