I added the extra step to the video description on YouTube and fixed the embed in my original post to make it easier for the next "me" that comes along.

Going to attempt to get the crawl control installed tonight. Is a completely flat surface absolutely required for the calibration using techstream? My garage has a slight (~1 degree) slope.

You should be OK if it's only about 1 degree.

I finally had my techstream working properly. I received the switch and the computer module over 2 weeks now, but couldn't do anything with them until I get my techstream to work. For some reasons, i couldn't get techstream to work with my laptop running windows 7 64 bit. I've tried several different version of techstream. Finally had to scavenger hunt for a used windows xp laptop and voila! techstream is running now. Cann't wait to start installing this mod.

That's the plan. Although I'm trying to do it sooner in the next few days or so. Seeing those parts sitting on my desk is really bugging me.

I am still trying to recover financially from a big birthday party for our Son on Sunday and gifts for my wife for her birthday on Wednesday, all after my surgery about a month ago with a lot of out of pocket cost!!

everything at once!

Thanks for sharing Acrad and Tuandino, I am glad to know that this techstream should work well on my “tuning laptop” that I already have (a Panasonic toughbook) running XP that I got for my Motec system for the Cutlass.....

so, now I just need to buy the techstream setup..... and an ..070 switch panel....

success! couldn't wait till weekend so I sneaked out of work early to install cc and mts! everything went smoothly. Using resources posted by Acrad on the first page helped a lot. The only thing that took me a while to figure out is how to pop the bottom airbag cover off. It took more force that I expected. It finally popped free after a hard pull. Techstream connection worked good. I didn't have any issue at all. I plan to take it down to Galveston beach this weekend to test out MTS.

I just ordered the 040 for my 15 premium... Just wanting the mud/sand option for snow. Do I need to install the 070 unit for the 040 to become active?
