GXOR member found this 2010 unicorn. I haven't seen this setup before so not sure if it came out of Canada or another market at the time. I've also not run across this crawl switch version.
This is a 2010 base that is equipped with crawl and the wide view front and side monitor but lacks radar cruise/PCS. There are some references in the 2010-2013 brochures that indicate some of these options like crawl could be standalone. I have just never seen one in the wild. I somehow missed this video.
I missed this in 10-11 brochures as a possible package in these years that included just cameras, crawl and PA. Trim isn't specified so this could have included both base and premium. GXOR member has a '10 Premium optioned this way without radar cruise, PCS, etc. Option disappears in '12 brochure. Still looking into this interesting crawl switch pictured above.
Unfortunately that is all one piece on the 070 crawl switch. There is still hope on the 090 in posts further up as I hear a 100 was sent because VIN was put in at order time. Need to make sure not to put a VIN# in when ordering.

Right- the first picture you posted - can't you just pop the top 2 blanks off of the stock switch (assuming no adj.suspension), put them on 070, and plug it in?
I was trying to think why this hadn't been done but you would have to cut the switch covers (old and new) in half. Cut 070 and 100 covers in half and remove the top two switches from the 070.

Not sure if this then sits loose at all.
EDIT: I've asked Matt@OEM how long it will be before we see the 090. This could open up some options to those who planned to install crawl on models without AVS/RAHC and didn't want the two dummy switches. Still up in the air if 090 is this elusive switch version.

aah gotcha, I think you are saying that the blanks don't just pop off, they are molded into the surround.
I’d wait on the 090 at moment as we don’t know yet if it is the same as the 100. Matt will let me know tomorrow an approximate ETA for the 090 on order. They might be blowing the dust off this switch at foreign parts depot.
Another idea I just got... maybe I order the 070 switch and see if I can hack CAN bus messages to use the switches to turn on auxiliary LEDs or something .

That would be a cool mod if you could pull it off. I’m hearing that 090 won’t be seen until early September.
This hasn't been installed and tested yet but looks like the 090 is that unicorn Crawl switch for non-AVS/RAHC models. Here are a few pictures kindly shared by GXOR member who purchased the switch. I will begin updating Wiki and this thread. No confirmed installs yet but really no reason to believe this won't retrofit like the 070.
I have went through 55 pages but I cannot confirm if I still need to replace the whole control switch if I have premium 2012 GX 460 (4 toggle switches with DAC) or do I still need to replace it to get Crawl Control feature?
