Wiring diagrams on the 2020 are probably not going to be easily obtained for quite a while (maybe even 6-12 months out) so toned out wiring runs might be needed by a 2020 owner.
Even if you get MTS working you will also need the crawl switch as the new crawl switch also acts as the mode switch for MTS. It appears to be a 5 position switch.
A 2020 owner will need to take some pics of what they see under here:
I'm not sure of latter model 150 series Prados but came across several Russian Prado threads that MTS/Crawl retrofit isn't possible on some models. Hopefully we don't similar architecture move here.
Hoping 2020 owner with Off-Road Package having crawl/MTS is willing to do some exploratory photography on their vehicle. We had wiring diagrams from the start to look into this mod for 10-19 models. Right now... somewhat shooting in the dark

If someone has a TIS subscription and 2020 460 is in there.... they may be able to derive some of the changes in system and MTS location from that info. I will see if dealer can locate it as well.

It would appear the closest thing to MTS now is now called the "Driving Support Computer Assembly". I can't even find a hit on this one online.
Any 2020 owners care to check what PN is listed on yours with just DAC?

It took 47 days for the Carmarka parts to arrive. The MTS was in stock and ready to go... The holdup was on the 60090 Crawl switch which was shipped from Japan to Dubai to the states.
Price was 122.34 for the Crawl and 113.83 for the MTS. EMS Shipping and handling was 97 (I know... crazy expensive).. for a grand total of $333.17. Regardless, it's a very good price, lowest I found.
For the most part, everything was fairly straight forward due to the information provided here... I do highly recommend using a magnetic tip screw driver. I lost one of the black DAC/4WD screws and it took me close to an hour to find it again. Very frustrating to say the least. The screw somehow rolled under the excess carpet flap in the center console area.
Thanks @Acrad for this great mod. Hopefully I'll put it to good use soon.

I'm not sure if they have a more economical shipping option. $82 for EMS and 15 for handling is expensive no matter how you look at it. It only took 2 days from Dubai to the states though.
Edit:
For anyone curious, I did have a price quote for the 60070 Crawl+Air suspension (about 6 months ago) before the 60090 was discovered. Carmarka quoted 210.64+66 shipping and handling for a total of 276.64. Savings around 50-70 compared to the US parts.

That place in Japan only sells parts that are available on vehicles sold directly in the home market. That same 10-13 MTS module is used on '10-13 Prados so they would sell it. The later Prados use a different MTS module than the '14+ 460.

IH8MUD member got a $1200 quote to install Crawl & MTS. Interesting to see this may now be sanctioned as Lexus dealer installed mods though.
