Default 2013 vs. 2014 GX460 Premium

Hi All - Tried searching but didn't find a specific thread on this topic.

I am deciding between 2013 GX460 vs 2014 GX460. Trim level on both would be the Premium package. I do like the redesigned shape of the 2014, but again not neccessarily oppose to the 2013.

I did read that some models are uneven and lean on one side over the other. I do realize that the general recommendation is to purchase the latest model year you can afford of a particular model, as the flaws found in previous model years are more likely to be fixed.

That being said, any thoughts to weigh in on my decision specifically comparing the 2013 vs 2014.

TIA!

Kinda tough depending on what you want.... you have to remember that 2013 Premium basically equals 2014+ Luxury model. There was only base & premium for '10-'13

How do you intend to use the vehicle? Any off-road? Any towing? Any suspension modding?

Bold items are changes from previous year

Thanks for sharing.

Any known issues for either 2013 or 2014? I recall buying 2007 LS and it had a wind noise issue that I didnt research till after I bought.

Curious if either year model has had more complaints or issues that I should consider prior to buying...

Thanks!

'13 and '14 are pretty much identical other than the front end, headlights and taillights. They haven't changed anything on the GX since 2010 other than the restyling in 2014.

Personally I'd buy whichever one was in the best shape and had the lowest miles.

Enform upgrade on '14+ on Infotainment seems far more connected. Dash trim around radio is somewhat different too.

To compare features look at '13 Premium versus '14 Luxury as that is equivalent model. If specific features or looks aren't important then like rattmobbin says buy with best shape and lowest miles.
