Default Deformed seat on '17 GX Base model. Lexus claims it's normal. What to do?

Hi all,
I have 7 month old 2017 GX Base model which I use only as a weekend/vacation car, driven only 3K miles.
For the past 2 months I noticing that both driver and passenger seats developing a huge bump on the side of the bottom cushions (looks like seat has a "hernia").
I am always entering and existing car by lifting myself and not sliding out of the seat. I am 220' and my wife is 120' and since both seats have the same problem, weight can't (shouldn't) be considered as a factor.
I took my car twice to Lexus of Pleasanton for review of the issue and first time I was told that it is "normal wear and tear". I can't accept that basically brand new car and seat already deformed so I took my car in second time and this time I was told that cushion is deformed and recommended replacement pending service manager approval for replacement parts.
However, service manager told me that he agrees that seat is deformed but won't approve coverage on the replacement cushion. I called Lexus corporate office and they also agreed that cushion is deformed but won't interfere with service manager decision not to approve repair and will not consider "good will" offer to fix it even at discounted rate.
I read several posts on this forum that some folks were successful in getting their seats fixed. Do you mind sharing who should I talk to get this thing fixed?

I'm not sure why the service manager would care so much about fixing an issue under warranty since they are reimbursed for the parts and labor but if they gave me mine back without repairing it I'd sit right in front of the service manager and schedule my next appointment for the same thing....repeat.

Dude you're in Cali, there are a MILLION Lexus dealers around. Go to another dealer.
