With sale trends like these why change anything and mess up a good thing? There is a cohort of followers that wants these things just the way they are. With perhaps small evoluitonary changes in media and safety...

Beat 2015 by one then you had to go all the way back to January 2006 to beat it.

I'll be curious to see sales figures for automobiles the next 3-6 months. I'm guessing they'll be record lows due to the bottom dropping out of the economy. In which case dealers may be likely to deal more aggressively. I've also been thinking if the manufacturers will just skip the 2021 model year... what would be the point of launching a new car in 2021? , not many people are gonna buy it considering the economy... be better off to keep costs down to just run another 12 months with the same models and hope 2022 yields a better situation... Let's be honest for Toyota and Lexus not a lot would have to change except running more VINs for the 2020 model year haha

Yeah... IMO it could be a trending of the 2011-2013 years for the GX

Wow. Those are some good numbers for May and June. Was there some promotions or people were just bored at home and started going car shopping.

we were looking at an trd pro and the gx460.

we tried finding an pro but they were asking way too much for it.

was thinking the same thing..... guess it goes to show how differently two different income groups were/are affected by the pandemic... not many people working in the industries most affected (like hospitality) are buying brand new GX's...

Yeah.. $4000 cashback or 0% financing. They also extended the promo from 6/30 to 8/30.
