Not every GX is pre wired for LED door sills.
Used this thread for the part numbers.
Lexus updated their spec sheet since I last took a screen shot.
Blackline trim had standard LED door sills from Aug-Sep and now it’s only on Luxury trim.
Oh well, only my passenger side was pre wired.
I ran 12V fused and used the driver door pin wire for Neg input.
Question. Do the illuminated door sills come on with the courtesy lights or just when a door is opened? I’m thinking about tapping in to this connector for some brighter interior lights in the 2nd row.

My Black Line Edition was built on 8/31 and doesn’t have illuminated door sills. I don’t care either way but I thought I’d throw it out there as a data point.
2023 Premium Plus has wiring for Illuminated Door Sills
I just replaced my stock front door sill plates with replacement Lexus lighted front sill. The wiring is there, and connected to a holder on the bottom of the stock sill. All I had to do was pull the plug from the holder in the original, and it fit perfectly in the lighted front sills. The part numbers I used are: 67910-60080-C0 (Left) and 67920-60080-C0 (Right). The replacement process took about 5 minutes total.

I have a 2023 premium plus sport package and may replace mine if the wiring is there. Thanks for the heads up!
I normally prefer to get everything from my dealer, Park Place Lexus, but in this case, I could not get them to verify the part number I had identified actually had the lighted area on the sill, and I wasn't willing to risk $900 plus or minus on that risk. So I researched this online and found "Lexus Parts Outlet" that actually had a picture of the part, not an illustration, and this once, I purchased them from that website. Their price was lower than the Lexus list price, and that worried me, wondering if these were knock-offs, however, when they arrived, they came in original Lexus packaging. I know that doesn't absolutely mean they aren't counterfeit, but I feel pretty confident they are actual OEM parts. You can see their pricing if you go to that site.
