Default Running 82 gas on our vehicle

Our vehicle says Premium but if you cant find Premium and have to use regular, will it cause any damage to the car? I have a feeling it will still run but not sure if there's any potential problem.

Regular 87 octane should run fine in your GX.

Assuming you mean 92 octane, not 82. I know there are places like Colorado where you can get 85, but you should probably not run anything less than 87 if you can help it.

I was wondering this too. I don't get the impression OP is in another country. Otherwise, deep in the boonies in some high elevation area, or in some sort of hurricane aftermath where stations are sold out, is my best guess.
