I know it's probably good for some oil model engine with long mileage but anyone know if those aftermarket products like Lucas stabilizer, seafoam motor treatment, etc. work on GX or any newer Toyota engine? Anyone ever tried?

I probably won’t try it on the GX for a long time but I did seafoam on my lasf truck that failed smog with high NOX. A can of seafom directly into the brake booster and a can of “Pass Smog Guarantee” into the tank and it passed.
I also seafoamed my Odyssey too. What a smoke show. Lol

why are you looking to do it on the GX?

I am just curious if it will do any good to the engine since many people are talking about this and there is no ultimate and scientific answer.

No science but STP has zinc in it which is a good additive for stresses like shear. Think flat tappet camshaft with a wiping action vs a roller on the cam.
I once pulled two air cooled engines apart that had sat outside six years. One with stp had oil film on the reciprocating parts, rings and valve stems too. The other did not. Its good stuff for engines that sit a lot.
Camry over 265,000 and Sentra over 375,000 mi... both running strong when sold.
