Random Warning Lights
The above lights randomly came on today and the speedometer went crazy for 15 seconds while driving. Lights have turned off when car is restarted but then come back on. Seems to be driving fine on residential streets at 40 mph. Haven’t driven any faster. Had car washed yesterday if that could have caused electrical issue. Any insight? Oil maintenance light has been on for a month but haven’t had time to get changed.

Check Engine Light on? It could be a variant of air injection system failure too.

Just checking... is Check Engine Light (CEL) showing up in lamp test before start? Do you have an OBD tester to see if there are any stored codes?
EDIT: Some some posts on another Toyota site this might be an ABS sensor wire on one of the wheels that has a bad connection or broken.
or it could be one of the ABS sensors itself.

I agree with Acrad, sounds like one of the wheel speed sensors is sending bad or intermittent bad signal. I would check the sensor connectors and make sure they are not damaged, loose or wet on the inside.
Most modern vehicles store ABS related codes but you can only access those using a pro-level scanner which can read Toyota specific codes.
If you decide to disconnect the sensors to check do yourself a favor and apply a light coat of dielectric grease on the outer part to keep the moisture out. If you pull out the sensor itself apply a light coat of anti seize on the sensor before putting it back.

Yeah... this is a Techstream diagnostic if nothing obvious shows up with sensors or wiring.
